Shipping policy

FASHY UK 24 ("we" and "us") is the operator of ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this agreement in order to protect each other and set expectations of our service.



General
Processing Time to Ship: Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment until it is shipped.

Tracking/Shipping Number: You will receive your tracking number immediately after processing is complete. It takes approximately 1-3 days for a status to appear on the tracking page.

Delivery time: The delivery time is between 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch.

If you have not received an order or shipping confirmation, please also check your spam folder or contact us at support@fashy-uk.com.

Please note that orders placed cannot usually be cancelled once we have received them, as we work with an automated system and the goods are prepared for dispatch immediately after receipt of the order.

We ship orders directly from our warehouse in China.



Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated during the order process based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping is collected at the time of purchase.

This price is the final price for shipping costs to the customer.



Returns
3.1 Returns due to change of mind

My Fashion World 24 will gladly accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return the goods is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the goods and the goods are returned to us in the original packaging, unused and in a resalable condition.

3.2 Return under guarantee

My Fashion World 24 will honour all valid warranty claims provided that a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of the items.

The customer must pay the shipping costs for the return in advance.

Upon receipt of the items for the warranty claim, you can expect My Fashion World 24 to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you have the choice between:

(a) a refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in the form of shop credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if in stock).



Delivery terms
4.1 Change of delivery address

If you wish to change the delivery address, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.



4.2 Post office box dispatch

FASHY UK only ships to P.O. Box addresses using postal services. We are not able to offer courier services to these locations.



4.3 Shipping to military addresses

We are able to ship to military addresses with USPS. We are not able to offer this service with courier services.



4.4 Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will wait until the item is available before shipping your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we wait for that item.



4.5 Exceeding the delivery time

If the delivery time has exceeded the predicted time, please contact us so that we can investigate.

4.6.

We would like to point out that the delivered items may have slight optical deviations compared to the pictured items, e.g. due to different representations of the colours on different screens.

Articles are automatically prepared for dispatch after the order has been placed. As a result, it is usually no longer possible to cancel the order after it has been placed. If you still wish to make changes to the order, please contact customer service as soon as possible.



Tracking notifications
Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping service provider.



Packages damaged in transit
If you find that a parcel has been damaged in transit, if possible, reject the parcel with the courier and contact our customer service team. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact customer services to discuss further action.



Duties and taxes
7.1 Sales tax

Depending on the country of destination, sales tax may apply and is payable on arrival of the goods.



7.2 Import duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be due upon arrival in the destination country. This varies from country to country and My Fashion World 24 recommends that you find out about these possible charges before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes on arrival in the destination country, the goods will be returned to My Fashion World 24 at the customer's expense and the customer will receive a refund of the value of the goods paid, less the cost of return shipping. The cost of the original shipping will not be refunded.



Cancellations
Please note that orders placed cannot usually be cancelled once they have been received by us, as we work with an automated system and the goods are handed over to our shipping partner immediately after the order has been received.

Should you wish to return the item after receipt, please contact us to do so.

Insurance
Parcels are insured against loss and damage up to the value specified by the courier.



9.1 Process for parcels damaged in transit

We will make a refund or replacement once the courier has completed their investigation into the damage.



9.2 Process for parcel lost in transit

We will make a refund or replacement once the courier has completed an investigation and the parcel is deemed lost.

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
If the customer refuses to accept the delivery, the package will not be automatically returned to the sender. As a result, we are unfortunately unable to refund the purchase price in the event of refused acceptance.
