Refund policy
We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return an item.
To return your item, it must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with labels and in the original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@fashy-uk.com. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return addresses on the package do not serve as return addresses. Unfortunately, returned parcels to addresses other than the return address we have provided cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Items are automatically prepared for shipment after the order is placed. As a result, it is usually no longer possible to cancel the order once it has been placed. If you still wish to make changes to the order, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and rectify the problem.
We expressly point out that certain items in the range may be B-goods with slight damage or visual defects.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), customised products (e.g. special orders or personalised items) and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
Should the customer refuse to accept delivery, the package will not be automatically returned to the sender. As a result, we regret that we cannot refund the purchase price in the event of refused acceptance.

The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
